Adam Hlozek is a Czech professional footballer who is a forward at Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and the Czech Republic national team.
Adam joined Bayer Leverkusen in June 2022, signing a five-year contract after four years at Sparta Prague.

Early life
Adam was born in Ivancice, Czechia, to his parents, Zbynek Hlozek and Marcela. He was raised alongside his elder brother, Daniel.
His father played handball, so he let his brother choose between handball and football. He chose football.

Daniel left for Sparta Prague when he was 16, and Adam went alongside him. His father also decided to go to Prague with them to watch them over.
