Howie rejected a guy?

In one of the interviews, Howie gave some interview tips and shared one incident where he told a guy to find another job.

He was interviewing a guy who worked as a sports illustrator. The guy walked in and told Howie that he could only work during the working days.

After hearing about the guy's condition, Howie told him to find work at some other places because he didn’t like the guy making demands at the interview.

Also, as an interviewer, he shared some tips and told people to go with the attitude of really wanting the job and to show that they could do anything to get it.

He suggested not making personal demands at the interview because that is totally absurd.

How did he enjoy his days?

Howie worked as a sports researcher for a long time. He recalled his days in an interview with Dan Patrick and said that it was a great day of his life.

He invested so many years of his life in the research department. He used to carry 7 to 8 keys in one key chain and run here and there.

He enjoyed what he was doing and had great experience working there. He considers those days of his life as fun days.

Also, he was grateful for Dan and Keith, who were there with them on those days.

The team that he had in the department working on stats and info also helped to make his years full of good experiences and fun.
