In an interview, Antonin recalled the time when he was in an extreme approach, the time when he became a maniac for one specific goal.
For five months, he was practicing like no one else. He was in the stadium for 11 hours and sometimes 14.
According to him, he couldn't manage to give time to Nikola even three hours a day.
He was gone every single day, and when he returned, he was exhausted physically and mentally.
He was hard to be around because his anger was aimed at the club. Despite his stubbornness, exercising for 10 to 14 hours a day, Nikola stood by him.

Born in 1994 in Pribram, Czechia, Antonin grew up playing football. His father was his first coach in his youth team of Dukla Pribram.
At 18, he made his senior debut. While at Pribam, he played on loan for Vlasim before moving to Slavia Prague in 2015.
In February 2017, he joined Udinese.
Antonin said that the transfer from Slavia Prague to Udinese was amazing for him as his performance improved so much in his first year in Serie A that his current agent, Sergio Berti, contacted him with an offer from AC Milan.
Milan made the offer, but they declined, and when they raised the offer to the asking price, they still declined.
According to Antonin, he was just seeing himself in the jersey of Milan and he didn't start the season right because of that.
He then sustained a muscle injury and was brought back with inflammation in his Achilles tendon from the national team camp.
Despite that, the Udinese president still pushed him to play, and as a result, the condition worsened his one leg paralyzed.
It took him almost five months to program with Paulina Notovna, whom he calls his guardian angel, and he credits her with being able to still play football.
Paulina helped him through the SM System, a complex exercise that compensates for musculoskeletal muscles and strengthens weakened muscles.
While at Udinese, he played on loan for Lecce and then Hellas Verona with an obligation to buy.
In August 2022, he joined Fiorentina on loan from Hellas Verona, and in January 2023, Fiorentina implemented their option to make the transfer payment.
