Mehdi once used to play for CaykurRizesporback. But he stated to have problems with the club.
The dispute became so ugly that he decided to leave the club and move to Persepolis in Iran.
But as he was in contract with his previous club, it was illegal.
Despite all these, he decided to leave the club, which was an offense to FIFA’s rules and regulations.
Hence he got banned from football for a total of 4 months. It all happened in 2016. After 2016, he got back on track.
