Rob faced controversy and legal issues back in 1989 after he was caught up in a sex scandal that involved two women, then 16-year-old Atlanta girl named Lena Jan Parsons and her 23-year-old friend, Tara Seburt.
The sex tape was filmed in 1988 but leaked the following year.
After the tape was released, Rob confessed to not knowing the girl was underage.
The teenager's family filed a lawsuit against him. However, he did not face any criminal charges after he agreed to perform 20 hours of community service in his hometown Dayton.
