Cirdan Heughan is the elder brother of Scottish actor, producer, author, and entrepreneur Sam Heughan. He was born to his mother, Chrissie Heughan, in Southwestern Scotland.
His parents named him after a fictional character named Elf Cirdan. His mother worked really hard to raise them as his father left them.

Sam created his whisky brand named Sassenach Whisky a couple of years ago in Scotland, but now it has become an international whisky brand.

He shared that once, he went to the highlands of Mexico, where he met masters of distillers and made Mexico's best tequila.
They bonded and decided to collaborate, and then he launched a tequila called the Sassenach Select, El Tequileno.
